Here at Yanshan Precision Machinery Co., we also provide heat treatments, machining, and other post casting services. Our production base has an annual production capacity of more than 3,000 tons with a variety of casting equipment and processing capabilities. We have CNC lathes, machining centers, CNC wire cutting machines, and other finishing equipment.

Yanshan Precision Machinery co., Ltd has perfect follow-up processing equipment for the cast metal workpieces. We can not only provide high quality casting CNC precision machining services, but also provide heat treatment and surface treatment service to achieve qualified physical properties and great surface effects.

Now, Yanshan Precision Machinery co., Ltd has about 3000m² CNC workshop including 40 CNC lathes and 5 machining centers. All CNC equipment adopt Frank automatic control system.

Generally, polishing is necessary after CNC machining for casting. Yanshan Precision Machinery co., Ltd could provide polishing service with advanced polish equipment for various castings.
